A well established and highly profitable Banking and Financial Services company is accelerating the growth of its business and as such there is a need for a business performance manager supporting the Chief Operating Office and Group Technology Services, (GTS), across a range of activities including executive reporting, communications, leadership team meeting preparation, senior stakeholder engagement, divisional/portfolio objective measurement.
You will need to be adept at getting people to do things in a nice way. The business manager is there to support the COO and GTS as the role is increasing in scope with more objectives on a regular basis. This individual will have needed to have been a business manager before preferably in financial services. You will help with the Collation and update from GTS Leadership Team (LT) and drafting of CEO report for both GTS and the project parts various financial reporting. Management and tracking of the GTS LT objectives ensuring effective monitoring and reporting, it will involve chasing lots of people for updates. Agenda, actions and running of the GTS LT meetings making sure there is an increase of focus on delivery. Support with the management tracking and reporting of the operational effectiveness which cuts across GTS LT and requires executive level updates, chasing, reporting and PowerPoint deck preparation.

This individual needs to be proactive, self-assured, robust, flexible, discreet, enthusiastic, calm, friendly, have worked in a similar role at a similar level and can get their opinion across in the right way and influence upwards.
