Service Desk Manager: ITIL, Support, Azure/AWS, MS Office 365, Banking, Fund Manager, Hedge Fund, Trading support, Help Desk Manager, Networking, PC support, Desktop support, Windows Server support, 2nd line Support, Exchange server, GPO, Active Directory.
A successful and rapidly expanding Cloud solution services company specialising in the implementation and support/management of Cloud based infrastructure environments is looking for a talented Service Desk Manager to grow and manage their support specialists. The team is looking to double in size to meet demand for their services, requiring a Service Manager who is capable of both motivating, mentoring and evolving new members as well as existing members in a global team.
You will come from a technical background with knowledge of cloud based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and common cloud based solutions like Office 365. Your team will cover both Desktop and Windows Server environments as well as networking so experience of these would also be very useful. ITIL to at least foundation level would be expected and experienced gained in or working with a banking, Fund Management or similar, highly demanding environment would be expected.
